Board of Trustees
The Wyndcroft School is governed by an independent Board of Trustees. This group is comprised of sixteen men and women who are dedicated to the strategic and fiduciary oversight of the School. The Board of Trustees consists of current and past parents, alumni, and friends of the school. The Head of School serves as a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees.
Trustees are appointed to three or two year terms, renewable without limit. The Trustees work mainly through a committee structure in the areas of Finance, Buildings and Grounds, School Affairs, and Trustee Nomination. The Trustees do not involve themselves in the daily operations of the school but follow NAIS Standards of Good Practice in Governance, planning strategically, maintaining good fiduciary oversight, and thinking always of the future of the School.
The Wyndcroft School is extremely grateful to its Trustees. Not only do these hard-working men and women donate an amazing amount of time to their work on behalf of Wyndcroft but they are extremely generous in their personal financial support of the School.
