🐮 Exploring Local Agriculture at Milky Way Farm

On Wednesday, October 9, Mrs. Bell’s second-grade class embarked on an exciting field trip to Milky Way Farm in Chester Springs, PA. The day was filled with exploration and hands-on learning as the students delved into the world of local agriculture, plant growth, and milking technologies.

The adventure began with a guided tour of the farm, where the children learned about the various crops being cultivated. They were fascinated to see how plants grow and the importance of farming in our community. The farm staff shared valuable insights into sustainable practices and the hard work that goes into producing the food we enjoy.

By the end of the day, the students returned to school with a deeper understanding of agriculture and a newfound appreciation for the hard work that goes into farming. It was a wonderful day filled with learning and lasting memories!
