We honor the life and legacy of David Allain, a cherished member of the Wyndcroft community, who passed away on Tuesday, November 26, after a courageous three-year battle with pancreatic cancer. David’s service to Wyndcroft spanned over two decades, first as a parent of Wyndcroft graduates Luke (2014) and McKay (2019), and then on our Board for 19 years as a Trustee, Vice President, and President.
David exemplified Wyndcroft’s motto of Non Sibi (not for oneself). He was a thought partner for many on the Board and a source of inspiration, support, kindness, and encouragement. He offered unwavering care and warmth to everyone he encountered.
David and his late wife Beth, who passed away in May 2024, also of pancreatic cancer, embodied Wyndcroft’s core values of compassion, leadership, and innovation. As we grieve David’s passing, we extend our deepest sympathy to Luke, McKay, and the entire Allain family. David’s contributions to Wyndcroft will forever remain woven into the fabric of our School’s history. He leaves an enduring impact on our institution and he will be dearly missed.
