On Thursday, October 3, Mrs. Kim’s and Mrs. Kerwin’s Kindergarten classes had a fantastic time visiting Weaver’s Orchard in Morgantown, PA. The trip was the perfect blend of learning and fun, as the students explored the life cycles of apples and pumpkins while enjoying fall festivities.
The children learned all about how apples and pumpkins grow, from seed to harvest. As they walked through the orchard and pumpkin patch, they got to see these fruits in various stages, gaining a deeper understanding of nature’s process.
The day wouldn’t have been complete without some fall fun! The students happily participated in seasonal activities, making the most of the crisp autumn air.
By the end of the trip, the Kindergarteners returned to school full of new knowledge and excitement, ready to share all they had learned about apples, pumpkins, and the joys of fall!
