Here are a few of Mrs. Harrison's favorite places to explore science outside of her classroom.
John James Audubon Center at Mill Pond
Great for a day outdoors! They have so many trails and things to see. They are also re-opening the newly constructed museum on June 5th – so even if you’ve been before – it might be worth checking out!
This is in Harrisburg which can totally be tied into a social studies trip! This place is great with lots of hands-on experiences, I-MAX, among rotating exhibits that come throughout the year. I like it even better than the Franklin Institute!
