Making a Wyndcroft Education Possible
At The Wyndcroft School, we believe that every child deserves an exceptional education—one that inspires curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Our needs-based Financial Scholarship Program reflects our commitment to affordability, accessibility, and partnership with families of all backgrounds.
We work with families to make tuition manageable—because we believe that finances should never be the reason a child misses out on the Wyndcroft experience.
What Does Tuition Look Like? (2025-2026 School Year)
Tuition at Wyndcroft is thoughtfully structured to reflect the evolving educational experience as students grow. Rates increase gradually by grade level, beginning with our Early Childhood program and rising through Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grades 1–8. This tiered structure aligns with the increasing depth of academic programming, specialist instruction, and extracurricular opportunities offered at each stage of your child’s journey. Every tuition level supports access to Wyndcroft’s rich curriculum, caring teachers, engaging learning environments, and signature programs that nurture the whole child. And with our needs-based Financial Scholarship program available for Kindergarten through Grade 8, we’re committed to working with families to make this exceptional experience attainable.

We know that no two families are the same—financially or otherwise. That’s why Wyndcroft offers a needs-based Financial Scholarship program for students entering Kindergarten through Grade 8, designed to adjust tuition costs based on each family's unique financial picture. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, our Financial Scholarship application process takes into account factors like household income, family size, assets, liabilities, and expenses to determine a tuition level that’s right for you. Our goal is to make a Wyndcroft education accessible without compromising your family’s financial well-being.
1. Indicate Your Interest in the Financial Scholarship Program
When completing your child's admission application, simply check the box that says you're interested in applying for Financial Scholarships. This ensures your admissions and tuition review processes happen in tandem.
2. Complete a Confidential Financial Application Through SSS
We partner with School and Student Services (SSS), a third-party platform trusted by schools nationwide. After creating an account, you'll submit required documents such as W-2's, tax returns, and a household budget. A file is considered complete when the Parent Financial Statements and current tax returns are received from both parents, either jointly or separately, including signatures, all schedules, W-2s and 1099s, and Form 4506.
3. Wyndcroft Reviews Your Application
Our Tuition Assistance Committee carefully reviews each family's application in partnership with the SSS recommendations. We assess your full financial picture, not just your income, to determine an appropriate tuition level.
4. Receive Your Personalized Tuition Offer
You'll be notified of your tuition level—what your family is expected to contribute for the year per student—at the same time as your child's admissions decision. This number is unique to your family and remains confidential.
5. Accept Your Offer & Enroll!
If you choose to move forward, you'll secure your child's spot by signing the enrollment agreement and paying the reservation deposit. Financial Scholarships are determined annually, and current parents must reapply each year through SSS by February 1. Unless there is a significant change in annual income or available assets, parents can expect a similar Financial Scholarships from year to year.
Payment Options
